I'm off to KINDERGARTEN

After creating the childcare book, I also realised that children who begin their early learning journey at kindergarten need support with that transition as well. This inspired I’m Off to Kindergarten—a book that acknowledges both the unique differences of kindergarten settings and the big feelings and changes that come with starting somewhere new.

 

Although very similar to the childcare book, the kindergarten version gently differs in its language and illustrations to reflect the routines, expectations, and experiences unique to a kindergarten environment. My goal was to provide children and families with a reassuring resource to help them feel prepared, confident, and understood as they take this important step.
